Ash’s music goes in any number of melodic and rhythmic directions. From glassy guitar riffs that wear trace hints of intergalactic travel, to cinematic echoes of a desert soundtrack, vast and earthy, listeners are carried away on a psychedelic journey. Ash’s music moves the body as much as it moves the mind. He might start with a quiet backdrop of soft sunset chords, and then layers on swoony vocal-like guitar song, crunchy percussive flares, echoes from a far-off canyon, topped with urgent and energetic riffs.
